What we offer:

Amenities include a spacious living room with a 55" smart TV with DVD/Blueray player, fast WiFI, a full kitchen with a glass top electric range and dishwasher, central air/heat, washer and dryer, a large backyard with a fire ring. The large back deck offers glimpses of Lake Erie and an outdoor dining space with a gas grill. There is ample parking for up to four vehicles (or two trucks with boats) in gravel drive. There are two sets of outdoor outlets on the front of the house for easy boat charging.

We have a large bike rack for your bikes, as well as outdoor games, including corn hole, available.

There are stairs at both entrances into our home.

Primary bedroom with private bath. Bedroom has one queen bed and glimpses of the water from the window. Attached bath has a walk-in shower.

Secondary bedroom has a queen bed

Bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets and dressers.

The living room has a twin sized pull out couch.

The shared hall bath has a tub/shower combo*

Linens (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) are included with rental.

Limited toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent provided. Please bring your own.

There is no lake access from our property.
